How we landed here
It started with a practical question.
“Are there any software or apps dedicated to helping influencers manage brand deals, track payments and progress, and understand whether every commitment has been fulfilled? I was thinking of building one.”
That question revealed a larger gap. Creators were delivering professional work for brands, but running the business around that work through WhatsApp conversations, email threads, spreadsheets, cloud drives, calendars, and memory.
A paid collaboration also includes negotiating scope, remembering dates, organizing multiple deliverables, sharing the correct draft, collecting feedback, confirming approval, sending an invoice, and following the payment. When those steps live in separate tools, it becomes easy to miss a deadline, lose a decision, or forget money that is still due.
We did not want to build another tool for making content. Creators already have plenty of those. We wanted to build a calmer way to operate the business they were already creating.
That became the foundation for brandmay.studio: one connected workflow where creators can manage a collaboration from the first conversation to the final payment, while brands can review and approve the work without creating another disconnected process.
