What it does today

BrandMay starts after an opportunity exists. It helps the creator turn an agreement into trackable work, share the right draft, retain the approval trail, invoice the brand, and follow the money still due.
Content review
Upload versioned drafts, publish the correct version, collect comments, and keep approval attached to that version.
Invoices
Create an invoice from campaign payment milestones and keep its status connected to the work.
Payment tracking
Record full or partial receipts and see what was received, what remains, and what is overdue.
How brands participate
Review without another complicated handoff.
A creator shares a secure review link for a deliverable. The brand can review as a guest, comment on the current version, request changes, or approve it. An invited brand can optionally claim a workspace for shared campaign history and teammate access.
A creator account is required to create and manage campaigns. A brand account is not required for guest review.

- brandmay.studio is for creators who manage brand collaborations and want one place for scope, deadlines, content review, invoices, and payment follow-up. Brands can participate in the specific campaigns shared with them.
- Does a brand need an account to review creator content?
- No. A brand can open a secure review link and review as a guest. An invited brand can optionally claim a workspace to return to shared campaigns, review history, and team actions.
- Does brandmay.studio process campaign payments?
- No. brandmay.studio records invoices, expected amounts, partial receipts, received dates, and remaining balances. It does not collect, hold, or transfer the campaign payment between a brand and creator.
- What is included in the Free plan?
- The Free plan includes 3 active campaigns, 2 invoices per month, 500 MB of file storage, review links, review uploads up to 50 MB per file, and 2 review versions per deliverable.
