brandmay.studio ("we", "us") provides a creator workspace for managing brand deals, deliverables, invoices, and payments. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details (name, email) when you sign up.
- Workspace data you enter: deals, brands, deliverables, files, and payment records.
- Usage and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- For public creator pages, privacy-safe visit and inquiry events, selected UTM labels, referring hostname, and a salted visitor fingerprint used for approximate totals and abuse-resistant analytics.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the product.
- To send transactional emails (invoices, review links, reminders) you request.
- To process subscriptions when you upgrade to a paid plan.
- To show creators how their public creator page is being discovered and whether visitors submit collaboration inquiries.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email, payments) only to deliver the service. Review links you generate may be shared with brands at your direction.
Security & retention
We apply industry-standard safeguards. You may request account deletion by contacting us. We retain data as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Public creator-page analytics do not retain raw IP addresses, full referring URLs, Meta click identifiers such as fbclid, or unrelated query parameters. Current creator reports use no more than 90 days of event data, and older rows are pruned during subsequent public-page activity.
