Content Deliverable

A specific piece of work in a collaboration, defined by its format, platform, count, due date and approval requirements.

A content deliverable is one named piece of work in a collaboration: format, platform, quantity, and due date.

“Content around the launch” is too vague to track. A clear deliverable might read: “1 Instagram Reel, 9:16, posted on @maya, draft by 12 October and live by 18 October.”

Why it matters

Invoices, revisions, and arguments all attach to deliverables. If the unit is vague, everything is extra work or nothing is late.

Typical units

Reel, carousel, story frame (count them), YouTube integration, UGC file, blog, live.

Each unit can have its own approval path. A story sequence is not “the same as the Reel.”
